Summary: Townhouse was exactly as listed. Great location, with grassy area off back lanai and right across from the pool & hot tub. Overall size and layout was great for our family of 6. Unit was nice and clean upon our arrival. And because we stayed for a month, Seth arranged a mid stay clean, which was a nice bonus. Beds in all the rooms were extremely comfortable. Plenty of extra bedding and towels. There were brand new beach chairs and boogie boards in the garage for use during our stay. Seth was the best host I have ever dealt with! Always very prompt with his replies. We would love to stay here again.
